Your responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in France via phone, email, and other communication channels
Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally
Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests
Coordinate order management activities and ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer records in our ERP/CRM systems
Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other internal departments
Handle returns, credit notes, and customer issue resolution
Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvements
Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations
Your profile:
Completed commercial, business, or administrative education, or a comparable qualification
Native-level French or fluent French language skills (written and spoken)
Good English skills are required; German language skills are an advantage
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Order Management is preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
Team player with a positive attitude

A permanent full-time employment contract (CDI)
Part-time opportunities available, minimum 32 hours per week
A competitive salary between € 2.750 and € 3.350 depending on experience (based on 39 hours)
Hybrid working model with up to two remote working days per week
