We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our EMEA team and lead integrated marketing campaigns for one of the world's largest FMCG brands.

This is a fast-paced regional role working across multiple markets (from the UK to South Africa and from Norway to the UAE), bringing together Strategy, Creative, Media, Social, Production and local agency teams to deliver outstanding work.

The role involves managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, partnering closely with clients and internal specialists across the EMEA region, and ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple markets and channels.

What you'll do

Lead multiple integrated campaigns across EMEA from briefing through to final delivery.
Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients across different business units, functions and categories.
Partner closely with Strategy and Media teams to develop integrated communications strategies and campaign toolkits that work across multiple markets.
Work hand in hand with Creative, Social, Production and local market teams to ensure excellent execution across every touchpoint.
Lead complex TV, digital and social production projects, ensuring high-quality execution and efficient delivery across multiple markets, channels and stakeholders.
Oversee campaign timelines, priorities and dependencies across several projects running simultaneously.
Identify risks early, anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
Continuously improve ways of working, making collaboration smoother, smarter and more efficient.
Coach and lead a team of account managers

Experience

7–10+ years' experience in account management within a creative or integrated agency.
Experience delivering integrated campaigns for international or regional brands.
Strong experience managing large-scale TV, digital and social production projects across multiple markets.
Experience managing multiple client stakeholders across different business functions and categories.
Experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or above).
Experience working with social-first content and integrated campaign production would be highly advantageous.
FMCG experience would be an advantage.
